ANDERSON WILDE & HARRIS was requested to prepare a Daylight, Sunlight and Overshadowing Assessment along with further advice about the proposed scheme at Centre Heights.

We were involved from an early stage and commented on their feasibility scheme and advised on some adjustments to maximise profitability. Due to the nature of the project and its built up location our advice was critical to its success.

Our Daylight, Sunlight and Overshadowing Assessment was a significant part of the planning application which was submitted to Camden Council and approved successfully.
